Refund Policy

30 days, no questions asked

If your purchase isn't right for you, for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying. You don't need to explain why.

How to ask

Email help@kitchendrawerfile.com and tell us you'd like a refund. Write from the email address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message. That's all we need.

How you get your money back

We refund to your original payment method. After we process it, banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.

What it covers

This applies to everything we sell: the Kitchen Drawer File, the Parent Edition and the bundle.

After 30 days

After 30 days, we can't offer refunds. If a file won't open or a download link stops working, at any time, email us and we'll fix it or send you a new link. If a file is broken or isn't what we described, we'll refund it whenever you tell us.
